Bentley Specialist:
I've installed this just fine following the directions. Included with this download is the main program, the prerequisites package & the patch. If you already have a previous version of MicroStation installed this WILL NOT install over it {though it might if you remove the "V8i" from the install folder choice, I didn't think to try that myself}. You will have both versions unless you uninstall the previous. Also it will not automatically go to where your design files are. On Vista:

If you don't know how to change this {and don't simply want to move/copy your designs over to the new folder}:
Go to Workspace --> Configuration --> Primary Search Paths --> Design Files --> Edit
Then make your change there. You can change your "Edit Mode" to either "Overwrite", "Append" or "Prepend", then put in the folder you want it to search in.

For those who have used MicroStation, as you can see from the pic {this design is of my {hopefully} future mobile home } it's a bit different looking. I'm not sure if it will allow you to make it look like older versions yet, or what all can be done, I'm still checking it out and playing with it.

The files were split with HJSplit and there is NO PASS.
